My Contribution to Mankind

And by Mankind, i don't mean the wrestler, aka Mick Foley. He was aka something else, but i can't remember what. I mean humanity.

This is Huge, cause nobody seems to know this. Not even the experts: Dunkin Donuts. you know how they dump out their coffee every twenty minutes to make sure it's always fresh? Well, here's a secret: they're wasting coffee!

This morning I noticed that I left my brand new coffee maker on yesterday at work. There was coffee left, and I was tired enough to try drinking it. I poured in some milk that had been sitting out for 8 days. You know what it perfectly was? Cromulent.

My conclusion? My contribution to Mankind? This piece of life saving info: you don't have to throw out old coffee; it'd been over 14 hours, and it was still freshish!

yeah, i drank day old coffee once too without even thinking that it could be wrong-- i was just simply too lazy to make a new pot, when there was a half full one left over. my roommate thought i was totally gross. i thought it was fine.

my concern is more the drinking of milk that had been lef tout for eight days. yuk.

i've quit drinking coffee. not really on purpose, but out of laziness. i went onto tea for a month or so, because we have a hot water dispenser, but it's getting warm here, so tea is not as pleasing.

sometimes i want a coffee so bad though, but it fucks me up big time. i get all jittery and have to piss maybe 4 times more often (and that's pretty often considering how much i go already).

the milk is not an issue. Marge Milk is ultra pasturized and/or homogenized. the result is that is stays fresh unrefrigerated/unopened for over a year. it stays fresh unrefrigerated/opened for two weeks. not only is this proved by the stamped experation date; not only was this explained to me by an employee at maxima; i know this from experiance, so don't mess with me, or i'll sic a terminator on your ass, right after cyberdine systems incorporated builds one.

This is my counter:
