Two days and it's spoiled?
I made this potato salad saturday for a picnic Sunday and it was great. Then I took some to work on Monday and it was rancid. WTF? how can it spoil so fast? Can pickles make that happen? I wasn't too excited about putting the pickles in anyway, I just wanted to follow the recipe the first time making it. I made up for it by multiplying the bacon proportion by five.

i think algis knows about health inspection or something, and he said that the traditional white misraine (potatoes/pickles/carrots/peas/mayo) is supposed to last like 12 hours after it's made! grossssss...
i remember grampa saying that the only way he'll eat broccoli is in aunt jo's salad, which is filled with bacon, sunflower seeds, raisins, mayo...
grampa know how to eat...except for not eating the skin off his duck!
