With all this rushing to bailout failing companies worldwide won't the money eventually run out? It's like giving a kid a lolly for misbehaving because they got upset when you told them off. Then they'll never learn...
I don't quite know the full extent of the conditions of these bail outs, but are they unconditional payments or some sort of loan situation?
