Okay it looks to me like that guy is pretending to eat some puke to entertain the bus. And all of his friends are laughing at what a crazy bastard he is. Sounds like something you might do.
I thought he was pretending to puke, or actually puking, since they appeared to be drunk, but I guess you might be right.
It looks to me like he is sticking out his tongue like he's pretending to lick it up. It doesn't seem like that's something you would do when you are actually puking, but i guess i've never looked closely at someone puking
