what recipe and mode of cooking did you use?

i used the sauce from your wedding and i deep fried them. for deep frying i just boil things in vegetable oil till they're visibly done. i wanted to try baking them to reduce the fat, and cause liepa said it's totally tasty, but my oven only goes up to 325° so i was wary of undercooking them.

although i said they were delicious, which they certainly were, they were second best to a different recipe that i don't have anymore. i just use the recipe on the sauce. i once had a different sauce which instructed to mix the sauce in a sauce pan with butter and coat the deep fried wings in the hot hot sauce for a few minutes. that helped the sauce seep into the wings. according to the bottle from what's it called, anchor bar, you just pour the sauce on a finished bucket of wings. i ended up having to swirl each wing around the bottom of the bucket individually to make sure it was well coated, which is part of the reason it took an hour to eat them. still delicious though. next time i'll free ball the butter recipe with anchor bar sauce. and add some spice to make up for the butter.

how does that differ from the wing recipe you don't have any more? i haven't found a recipe that doesn't call for pouring the sauce on afterwards.

while buffalo wings can indeed be delicious, i just eat a salami sandwich and it was also delicious. Although i used mayonnaise from the squeeze bottle which is clearly inferior to the normal bottle. The texture is all wrong. I don't know why. it's okay, just like helman's in LT, but it's not the same.

dariau, the recipe i had calls for simmering the wings in the sauce for a couple minutes, which is better than just pouting it on. try it. the only problem i imagine is that i had a sauce specially made for that, and i don't know if other sauces will hold up perfectly a) being simmered in a pan and b) mixed with butter.

unfortunately, loky, the salimi in lt is usually sub par. however, i should mention that i recently aquired some lama sausage, which is quite good indeed. nothing beats margharita hard salami or pepperoni, though.

This is my counter:
