This week I'm in love with bbq sauce, Hellman's mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatos, and onions. alright, so it's not an exceptional week, but it is a delicious one.
two days ago: cheese burger (the ground meat i use here is 70% beef, 30% bacon, which was on sale for 2$USD per kilogram (2.2lb)!)
last night: grilled chicken sandwich.
any suggestions for what to do next? i still have a chicken breast i have to use today or it'll totally expire!

it doesn't involve any other the ingredients you've listed above, but the marinade i will give to you - you will love. anyone who has had skewers at my house can vouch for it.
there aren't any specific measurements for anything... you just have to guess and taste. oh, and marinating over night is key! have fun!
soy sauce
pineapple juice (along with pineapple chunks/bits too, if you deisre)
garlic
sugar
salt
pepper
last night was up at a friend's house in VT and we played with it - didn't use the pineapple juice and added ginger, and used freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime. everyone loved it, though would have been 10x better if we let it sit overnight.
this lawyer i'm going to teach english over the next six months actually bought me dinner, so i didn't have a chance to try your recipe. sounds good. dinner was a cut of beef wrappe in bacon, not bad, with fries and vegetable that were actually quite good.
i had to use up the chicken anyway, so i ate that too later. a modification of mama's chicken--pounded breast dipped in scrambled eggs, dipped in bread crumbs with hundreds of paprika bits, repead both dippings, fried in a pan.
i poured bbq sauce all over it :) delish!
just had to add...
we made amazing burgers the other night. with the ground meat we mixed in wasabi, soy sauce, onions, cilantro, and flax seed oil. mmm, so good!
tonight we had stir fry thai chicken. it was excellent. i don't know all that went into it because i wasn't in charge of cooking tonight. but it was damn good and boy it was spicy. :-)
i was just talking about tuna pepperoni wraps yesterday!
liepa, saying sirvydas makes mama chicken but he cuts it into strips and deep fries it is like saying last night i made lasagna except i used spaghetti and meatballs.
aioli...yum!
in lithuania, i'm told that you can now buy pickled cabbage juice. that's disgusting. maybe you should eat/drink that?
Pickled cabbage juice? Pickled FREAKING cabbage juice... my stomach is turning just thinking about it
What's with this latest post? Give us what we want, Arai: more wildly-exaggerated stories about your drunken antics! :D
your wish is my command! well, it's actually more like a coinidence...
