When I heard my alarm clock go off this morning, I thought, "what does that mean? it seems to be signaling something.....wait.....i know! it must be my birthday! hooray, yeah yeah woohoo!!! oh.....shit.....it's not my birthday.....it's nowhere near my birthday.....that horrible, wretched noise is signaling me to get my ass to work....."

Yo, i thought you didn't celebrate your birthday anymore? why would you be woohooing about some sort of mysterious signal mistaken to be a signal for your birthday. But also, what the hell does your alarm clock sound like, that you could possibly mistake it for anything else. I cringe whenever i hear a typical alarm clock. it makes me want to vomit.
you put a question mark after a statement and a period after the folling question. unless that was a question, in which case the answer is yes, you did think that.
also, nice use of the word "vomit."
