I only read the first couple of paragraphs and I have to agree about the temperature. Australia is now just at the end of the second month of spring and it has only been over the last couple of days that I am not freezing my butt off when I get up in the morning, which is usually around quarter to six on weekdays and about eight on weekends. Weekends are not so bad, but I swear to god the first month of spring mornings was colder than anything winter presented this year.
If global warming is really occurring a couple of years of cooling do not prove otherwise, but at the same time, a couple of years of warming does not prove warming (as al gore, etc. have been claiming.)
the couple of years of cooling don't disprove the warming, but that's not the point. they do prove it's not man made, since the cooling doesn't coincide with any reduction in human pollution. who's at fault, man or nature, is all that matters to me.
They don't actually disprove anything, natural global cooling could be temporarily blocking real man made global warming. i don't believe that to be the case, and i tend to fear a period of global cooling based on the lack of sunspots, but the real point is that nobody really has any idea what the hell is going on.
